Privacy policy

We use the contact details, address, service preferences and instructions you submit to handle your booking request, send booking emails and manage our booking records. Our existing service providers include Resend, Google Sheets and Zapier. Offers and updates are separate from booking emails and use your selected preferences.

Google Ads

Google receives advertising cookies and identifiers, page URLs, device/browser information and ad interactions to measure advertising performance and optimize ads. This Google tag does not send your booking name, email or phone number. Google may process information internationally under its privacy terms.

In regions requiring consent, including the UK and EEA, this tag is blocked until you accept advertising. If your region cannot be determined, the same rule applies. Elsewhere ordinary advertising tracking may operate without a banner, but explicit refusals and supported browser privacy opt-outs are honored.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to reject or withdraw advertising consent at any time. Opening settings does not change your choice. We store your anonymous visitor reference, region, dated choice and the notice version shown in your browser. A later withdrawal preserves the earlier acceptance record. Clearing browser storage removes those local records.

Existing Meta advertising

The site also has existing Meta Pixel and booking Lead reporting to Meta, including hashed contact information and available advertising identifiers. The new Google Ads consent controls govern Google Ads only; the existing Meta setup has not been changed in this update.
